Why Atlas exists
Atlas Web Design started with a simple frustration: too many good small businesses and up-and-coming brands across the GTA were being held back by slow, generic websites. Templated builders and cookie-cutter link pages promise an easy fix, but they trade away the speed, personality, and polish that actually turn visitors into customers and followers into fans.
So we set out to do it differently — every site hand-coded from scratch in clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, built around what a specific business or brand actually needs instead of forcing it into a one-size-fits-all theme.
Today, we partner with business owners, independent brands, and creators across Ontario who want a website that works as hard as they do: fast to load, unmistakably theirs, and built to show up when it matters — on Google, in a brand's inbox, or one tap away from a story.

Most small business and personal brand websites are ready to launch in 1-2 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we receive your content and feedback.
Do you use WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?
No. We hand-code every site in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That means no bloated plugins, no slow page builders, and no monthly platform fees eating into your budget.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. We can build in simple, guided ways to update text and images, and we're always available for larger changes. We'll walk you through exactly what's editable before launch.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance or hosting?
We offer optional maintenance plans covering updates, backups, and small content changes, plus guidance on fast, reliable hosting.
Do you help with SEO and marketing too?
